An innovative startup in downtown Boulder is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team.
All of our developers work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, where everyone contributes to architecture / design as well as producing high-quality code and developing unit and integration tests. We use agile processes.
This is a senior-level position.
This is a full-time, employee, on-site position.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as Java Developer
- Architecture and design of software systems coded in Java
- Advanced data structures and algorithms
- Advanced Java and JDK
- Advanced Java EE and servlet container environments
- Development of unit and integration tests
- Data access models and implementations
- Timing and queuing systems
- Linux competency
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Virtualization software
- On-demand computing services
- Server monitoring and management
- GUI front-end development
- Apache, MySQL, JPA, Hibernate, Jetty, JBoss
- Agile software development
