To be successful, you must have an assertive personality as you will initially be the only QA Engineer working with a development team of 7-8 developers.

As the QA team grows, there is potential for this to grow into a leadership role - so leadership skills are a must and leadership experience is a big plus.

In addition to a solid software QA background, the ideal candidate will also bring skills and experience in either the area of Software Configuration Management (SCM) or significant experience writing automated tests, shell scripts, or programming experience. Responsibilities will include:
