Agile Product Manager (Mid-Level)
An exciting and growing software company, located in downtown Boulder, is looking for an energetic and passionate Product Manager.
The Product Manager will be primarily responsible for product planning. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle in an agile environment, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver exceptional products. It also includes working with sales and support to ensure customer satisfaction across all facets of the business. There may also be some product marketing responsibilities.
The Product Manager's job also includes product marketing responsibilities, including ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.
This is a mid-level position.
Responsibilities
· Help define the product strategy and roadmap
· Deliver and build requirements across a multi-product environment
· Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and business opportunities
· Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
· Develop sales tools and collateral
· Act as a leader within the company
Required Qualifications
· Agile Product Owner or equivalent experience
· Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent software products
· Thorough understanding of software design and development practices
· Thorough understanding of Agile Methodology.
· 3+ years of experience in a job in a technical field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent teamwork skills
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience driving the development of web-based products, preferably related to online search, online advertising, social networking, blogs, etc.
· Rally Project Management Software experience
· Bugzilla Experience
