Sr. Java Developer / Architect (Boulder, CO)

An innovative startup in downtown Boulder is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team.

All of our developers work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, where everyone contributes to architecture and design, as well as producing high-quality code and developing unit and integration tests. So, a successful candidate will be architect caliber but will expect to be a hands-on team player, working collaboratively with others and making meaningful contributions on everything from high-level architecture to low-level code.

We use agile processes.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as Java Developer
• Architecture and design of software systems coded in Java
• Advanced data structures and algorithms
• Advanced Java and JDK
• Advanced Java EE and servlet container environments
• Development of unit and integration tests
• Data access models and implementations
• Timing and queuing systems
• Linux competency
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Desired Experience:

• Virtualization software
• On-demand computing services
• Server monitoring and management
• GUI front-end development
• Apache, MySQL, JPA, Hibernate, Jetty, JBoss
• Agile software development

This is a senior-level position.

Boulder software company is looking for a SQL Developer who also has some experience with .Net for a 3-month contract. Must be an independent worker who can define and complete tasks on your own.

Requirements:

• Experience exporting & importing data from Excel to SQL
