Boulder software company is looking to hire a technical lead. The technical lead will lead / manage all software development efforts and also interact with customers and be the technical face of the company.

The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, have excellent presentation skills, and be comfortable with the ambiguity of managing projects while balancing the sales process.

Requirements:
7+ years experience developing software applications.
Experience in a technical lead or architect role.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience managing / leading projects in an Agile or Semi-Agile environment.
C# plus ASP.NET or Microsoft MVC. (OR Java plus Spring or Struts and willing to quickly learn Microsoft technologies).
SQL and data modeling (SQL Server is a plus).
JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
UML.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing custom applications is a plus.
Bachelors degree in CS or equivalent.

A fresh start-up in Boulder, CO is looking for a senior User Experience Architect to take over the design of the user experience of both our website and our web-based application. You will be responsible for creating all aspects of the user experience: from user stories and flow to creating an appealing user interface. You will also be responsible for incorporating new features into the design / workflow as they come. You will work closely with customers as well as with developers and product managers.



Qualifications:


5-10 years experience designing web-based user interfaces.

Extensive experience in all aspects of the design process from site audit and requirements gathering, to wire framing and prototyping.

Highly adaptable and comfortable in an environment where requirements change.

Highly-collaborative personality.

Experience with fast and inexpensive user-testing methods.

Ability to create designs that a development team can develop from.

Solid understanding of the technical implications of the UI design.

Experience with UI design of web-based applications for multiple browsers.

Experience with HTML, XHTML, and CSS a plus.

Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks a plus.

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.

Exciting and growing start-up in downtown boulder, CO is looking for a Linux Systems Administrator to help keep our high-traffic web-based service offering up and available around the clock. Join a small team team of Systems Admins to help further develop our network infrastructure to meet rapidly growing demands - and we mean rapidly growing - our systems must be able to handle large spikes and sudden, large usage increases. Are you up for the challenge?


Responsibilites:

Help improve the performance, availability and resilience of our service delivery infrastructure.

Make meaningful contributions to the architectural design of our products.

Perform daily monitoring and backup activities.

Identify potential weaknesses and make recommendations for imrovement.

Build and manage server, network and storage equipment.

Leverage and manage cloud-based virtual servers, CDN services, and other third-party services.

Provide desktop support for Windows, Mac and Linux workstations and laptops.

Manage office support services, such as internet, Exchange, and printing capabilities.



Desired skills:
