Senior .Net Developer (downtown Boulder, CO)

Boulder software company is looking for an excellent senior-level .Net developer to contribute talent and leadership to a small team.

This is primarily a developer role, though there will be some architecture, some client interaction and some leadership of other developers. These latter activities will encompass up to 10-20% of your time with 80-90% spent producing and documenting excellent code.


Requirements:

7+ years experience developing software applications.
5+ years experience developing applications with C# and ASP.NET.
Strong SQL Server skills.
Strong skills in JavaScript and HTML.
UML
CSS
Silverlight (or Flash) is a plus.
Experience in an Agile or Semi-Agile environment.
Experience balancing multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing custom applications is a plus.
Experience interacting with clients is a plus.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Bachelors degree in CS or equivalent.

This is a full-time employee, on-site position. (contract-to-hire is also a possibility)
